Protocol for genome-wide 5’RNA identification

We jut got published a new paper describing alternative methods for the genome-wide identification of 5’RNA ends. In this paper we do not only describe in detail our previous 5PSeq approach, but also new methods to identified alternative 5’RNA modifications.
